Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to 315 Main Street and TunedUp Media and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to TunedUp Media include 315 Main Street. The TunedUp Media website is a digital marketing agency and service platform website. By using the TunedUp Media website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We take the safety and privacy of your personal information very seriously at TunedUp Media. When you use the Services, we store, process and transmit your User Content (such as your photos) and information related to your User Content (such as location tags in photos). We process and store such files and information in order to provide the Services, as described in our Terms of Service.
