How is my website customized?
After you’ve signed up for an account, you can tell us about your website and how you want it customized. Send us any logos, images, and text you want on your site, and we’ll get it done. You can also tell us if you want features added or removed. Find out more about how it works →
How much is website customization?
Initial customization is free with all of our monthly plans. Once your site is published, additional developer time is $15 per 10 minutes. You can learn more on our detailed pricing page →
How long are your contracts?
All TunedUp Media Merchant Website Platform sites are paid month-to-month, and you can cancel your plan anytime.
How much does a domain cost?
Domain registration has a broad price range and therefore can’t be included in our monthly plans. For most domain names, registration is $7-16 per year. However, some “premium" domain names can cost thousands of dollars, so you just have to check and see.
What if I already have a site?
We’ll work with you to get it redesigned and transferred over to our TunedUp Media Website Platform. Depending on the size and functionality of your exisiting site, free customization might not apply.
How do I get started?
Simple. Just select your package, choose a design template and tell us about your site to get started.
How long does it take to customize?
Once we receive your site info, you can expect to see a preview site within 2-3 business days. The preview site can go live immediately upon your approval.
Do I need separate hosting?
Nope, hosting is incluced with all of our plans, and automatically taken care of for you.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes, you will need your own domain name which can be purchased after you create a site with us.
What if I already have a domain name?
No problem. We can help you transfer your domain to our Micro Merchant Website Platform, and we’ll manage it for free. Any registration renewal costs are passed through with 0% markup.
What if I already have an email account at my domain?
You’ll still be able to keep your accounts. Just let us know which email provider you use and, we’ll take care of the details.
