We quickly realized that the reason they hadn't made much progress was that they, like so many other businesses hadn't defined a particular objective for the new site.
Over the course of a few weeks, we lead a series of consultative sessions with them exploring various areas of their business, their competition, and focusing on their unique value proposition. This ultimately lead them to firmly defining the objective of the new website.
As a result of our work with Freight Italia, they have a more professional looking and functioning website with an engaging look and feel for their company brand that has since resonated best with their existing customers and helped onboard new customers as well.
